Rates and Insurance

• $165 for an initial evaluation session

• $130 per 50 minute session

Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance of your need to cancel, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.


Traumatic experiences include:

• Physical, sexual, or emotional abuse
• Deployment/combat issues
• Accidents
• Death
• Health issues

People react in a variety of ways to traumatic events. Physical and emotional reactions are unique to each person and may include:

• Insomnia or nightmares

• Easily startled

• Racing heartbeat

• Withdrawing from others

• Fatigue

• Agitation, mood swings

• Feeling numb

• Shock, denial, disbelief

• Anger, irritability

• Guilt, shame, self-blame

• Feeling sad or hopeless

• Anxiety and fear

• Aches/muscle tension

• Confusion, difficulty concentrating

Surviving trauma is a process of healing grief. Our treatments help the individual process trauma related memories and feelings, and then learn to regulate strong emotion and develop trust again.

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How much will my insurance pay per session?
• What is my co-pay for a session?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• Is a pre-authorization needed before I start counseling?
